On June 1, 2020, most of the Jefferson County government offices transitioned to a four-day business week (Monday-Thursday). Most employees now work four 10-hour days instead of five 8-hour days.
As a result of the transition to the four-day business week, some county offices and departments are needing to change their hours and the days they are open.
Starting January 3, 2021, the Jeffco Fairgrounds and CSU Extension offices will both be closed to the public on Mondays. With this change, there will be no events hosted by Jeffco Fairgrounds on Mondays.
Please check Jeffco Fairgrounds’ website or CSU Extension’s website for normal business hours before visiting. When entering our offices, you must follow all social distancing directions and wear face covering to adhere to the current local and state public health order.
Also, the Jeffco Fairgrounds is now a COVID testing site. The entrance to get to either office is off of Indiana south of the Sixth Avenue Frontage Road.
CSU EXTENSION OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC STARTING AT NOON ON DECEMBER 24 AND WILL REOPEN ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 5.
