Jefferson County is looking for adults 18 and older to plan, lead and instruct 4-H Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programming in area schools. These part-time, limited term positions are affiliated with AmeriCorps, a Corporation for National and Community Service program, and include a living allowance and an Education Award when completing the maximum 900-hour, one-year commitment.
Colorado State University Extension in Jefferson County administers the STEM AmeriCorps program that seeks to inspire youth to explore STEM careers through the 4-H youth development programs.
